The 14-day free trial
What the Lite trial covers, why a card is needed, and what happens on day 15.
BookerFlow offers a 14-day free trial on the Lite plan. It is enough time to set your business up, share your booking link, and see real bookings arrive before you pay anything.
What the trial covers
The trial is on Lite — the email-only plan. During it you get everything Lite includes: online booking, your own booking page, email confirmations to customers, and one staff member.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Length | 14 days from the moment you sign up. |
| Plan | Lite. Starter, Pro, and Business are charged from the start. |
| Cost during the trial | Nothing. |
| Card | Required at checkout, but not charged until the trial ends. |
| Who gets it | New businesses only — one per business, not per subscription. |
Appointment texts are not part of Lite
Why a card is needed
You enter card details at checkout, but nothing is taken during the trial. The card is there so your booking page keeps working the moment the trial ends, rather than switching off mid-week and leaving customers unable to book.
Card details are held by Stripe, not by BookerFlow — see Your card, invoices, and cancelling.
What happens when it ends
On day 15 the first payment is taken and your subscription simply continues. Nothing about your setup changes — your services, hours, staff, and every booking taken during the trial stay exactly as they are.
If the payment fails, your account goes past due and online booking pauses until it clears. That is worth knowing in advance, because an expired card is the usual cause. See “Past due”: what customers see and how to fix it.
Stopping before you are charged
Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Cancellation is handled through the Billing page — the steps are in Your card, invoices, and cancelling.
Your booking page stops taking bookings when the trial finishes, and your data is not deleted.

Moving to a bigger plan
You can move from Lite to Starter or Pro whenever you like, during the trial or after it. Moving up takes effect immediately so you can use the extra staff places and appointment texts straight away.
Moving up during a trial starts your paid subscription at that point rather than waiting for day 15 — you are choosing to begin paying for the larger plan. The trial is a Lite offer, so it does not carry across.
