Signing in and resetting your password

Where the dashboard lives, how to reset a password, and how to keep your customers' data safe.

Your dashboard lives at app.bookerflow.ca. Your booking page is separate and public — customers never sign in to anything.

Where to sign in

  1. Step 1: Go to app.bookerflow.ca and choose Sign in

  2. Step 2: Enter the email you signed up with

If you have more than one product with us, you land on an account page first — open the product you want from there.

  3. Step 3: Bookmark the dashboard once you are in

Saves hunting for the link every morning.

Signing in is not affected by billing

Even if a payment has failed and online booking has paused, you can still sign in and use the whole dashboard. See “Past due”: what customers see and how to fix it.

Forgotten password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. A reset link is emailed to the address on your account. The link is single-use and expires, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email.

If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check spam, and confirm you used the address you actually signed up with — a reset for an unknown address is silently ignored rather than telling a stranger whether an account exists.

If you still cannot get in

Before contacting us, check:

  • You are on app.bookerflow.ca, not your public booking page.
  • The email has no typo and no stray space from autofill.
  • You are not using a staff member's address instead of the owner account.

Still stuck? Send us the email address on the account and roughly when you last signed in successfully. Do not send your password — we will never ask for it, and we cannot read it.

Keeping the account safe

Your dashboard holds your customers' names, phone numbers, and email addresses. That is their personal data, and protecting it is your responsibility as the business.

  • Use a password you use nowhere else.
  • Do not share one login around the team — give people their own staff records. See Who can see what.
  • Sign out on shared or public computers.
  • Treat exported spreadsheets carefully; they carry customer data out of the product. See Find, filter, and export your appointments.

Still stuck?

Send us the details and we will take a look. Including your booking link and the date and time you are asking about gets you a faster answer.
