Your business profile and booking link
Your name, web address, contact details, logo, brand colour, and the four booking page styles.
The Profile tab holds everything about how your business presents itself: your name, your link, the details customers use to reach you, and how your booking page looks. It is the tab that shapes what customers see, rather than the rules they book by.

Business identity
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Business name shown to customers | Appears at the top of your booking page, in confirmation emails, and in reminders. Use the name customers know you by, not your registered company name if those differ. |
| Address | Where customers should turn up. Worth filling in even if you think it is obvious — it lands in the confirmation email, which is what people check on the way. |
Your booking web address
This is the end of your booking link — the part after /book/. It is what you share, print on cards, and read out on the phone.
Changing it breaks links you have already shared
Good addresses are short, obviously yours, and easy to say out loud. Your business name is nearly always the right answer. It may contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
If the address you want is refused, someone else already has it — addresses are unique across every business on BookerFlow. See Share your booking page for where to put the link once it is settled.
Contact details customers see
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Contact email | Where customers reply when they answer a confirmation. Use an address you actually read. |
| Contact phone | Shown on your booking page. It also becomes a tappable link in the message customers see whenever online booking is paused. |
Save a phone number even if you prefer email
You need at least one of the two. Saving with both blank is refused, because a booking page with no way to reach you is worse than no booking page.
Logo and brand colour
Upload a logo and pick an accent colour, and your booking page stops looking like software and starts looking like you. Customers who recognise the page they land on are measurably less likely to abandon it halfway.
A square logo works best — it is displayed small, so fine detail and long strap lines are lost. The brand colour is used for buttons and highlights, so pick something with enough contrast to read white text against.
Booking page style
Four styles are available, and you can preview each without saving:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Guided | A focused wizard that walks customers through one choice at a time. Best for first-time bookers and less technical customers. |
| Compact | A fast, low-friction flow with minimal steps. Suits returning customers and quick rebooks. |
| Premium | A staff-forward salon layout with a more editorial feel. Built for higher-end teams and specialists. |
| Dark | High-contrast and modern. Suits barbers, tattoo studios, medspas, and nightlife brands. |
Use Preview to see each one with your own services and branding before committing. If you are unsure, Guided converts most reliably for a business whose customers are booking for the first time.
