Your booking page
What your customers see when they book
The booking flow step by step, what happens the moment they confirm, and why times can change mid-booking.
Your booking page is the only part of BookerFlow your customers ever touch. Knowing exactly what they go through makes it far easier to answer “it would not let me book” — and to spot the step where people give up.
The booking flow, step by step
Step 1: They land on your page
Your name, logo, brand colour, and contact details. Set on Settings → Profile, along with which of the four page styles they see.
Step 2: They choose a service
Only active services appear, with prices unless you have hidden them. Any add-ons offered with that service are shown here too.
Step 3: They choose a team member — if you let them
With staff choice on, they pick a person and see only that person's availability. With it off, this step disappears and BookerFlow assigns whoever is free. See Add your team.
Step 4: They pick a date and time
Only times that satisfy every rule are offered — your hours, your minimum notice, how far ahead you allow, the service length, and the gap between appointments.
Step 5: They enter their details and confirm
Name, email, phone, and any note for you. This is also where they agree to appointment texts, if you have them enabled.
Times can change as they choose
What happens the moment they book
- They see a confirmation page with the details.
- They can add the appointment to their own calendar from it.
- A confirmation email arrives, carrying their manage link.
- The appointment appears in your dashboard immediately.
- Your team is emailed, depending on your notification settings.
What they can do afterwards is covered in the manage link.
Walk it yourself
Once a month, book yourself in as a customer from View booking page and go all the way through. It is the fastest way to notice a service you meant to retire, a price that changed, or a step that now feels clumsy.
Cancel the test booking afterwards so it does not clutter your day.
