Getting started
What BookerFlow does
How the booking page, your dashboard, and the automatic messages fit together — and who is responsible for what.
BookerFlow is appointment booking for small service businesses. It gives you a page customers can book on at any hour, and a dashboard where you run the resulting day. This page explains how the parts fit together — worth five minutes before you set anything up.
The three pieces
- Your booking page — public, at your own web address. Customers need no account and no app. It is the only part they ever see.
- Your dashboard — private, where you set what is bookable and run your day. Only you and your team sign in here.
- The messages — confirmations and reminders sent automatically to customers, and booking alerts to your team.
Everything a customer can book comes from three things you control: your services, your team, and your hours. Times appear where all three line up.
Who provides the service
BookerFlow is software. You are the business your customers are booking with — you provide the service, set the prices, take the payment, and handle the relationship. We are not a marketplace and we do not sit between you and your customers.
In practice that means refunds, complaints, and no-show policies are yours to set and yours to enforce. It also means customers who need to change something contact you, not us.
Your customers' data
Names, phone numbers, and email addresses your customers give while booking are theirs, held by you, with BookerFlow processing it on your behalf.
Two practical consequences. You may only text customers who have agreed to it — see Appointment texts: setup, consent, and allowances. And anything you export leaves the product with you responsible for it — see Find, filter, and export your appointments.
